Job Description

Overview: Assistant Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting in the management of human capital and administrative functions of the prganization. The Assistant Humana Resources Officer shall report to the HR and Administration Manager and be guided.

Qualifications and Requirements

Degree Level: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any other related field. Masters degree in any related fiedl is an added advantage
Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in conducting HR functions
Key Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation, contract management, planning & coordiantion, leadership skills, goal-oriented, flexible and creative under pressure, strong budgeting, computer skills and ability to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
