Will manage the complete lab operations and oversee functions including but not timited to,
-Contracting for analytical tests to be performed by third-party contractors.
-Supervising or undertaking adherence to specimen preparation procedures.
-Implementing new programs, tests, methods and instrumentation.
-Establishing quality standards to maintain laboratory equipment performance.
-Keeping supplies stocked by determing inventory level.
-Maintaining laboratory productivity by managing wordloads.
-Achieving quality results by participating in the biorefinery quality assurance program.
REQUIRED PROFILE
-A bachelor's degree or above in analytical chemistry or any other related field.
-Three or more years of supervisory experience.
