Job Description

The Investor Relations and Performance Analysist is responsible for generating accurate, timely, and insightful financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making, regulatory compliance, and investor engagement. This includes designing and maintaining dashboards, forecasts, and reports that inform internal planning and external communication.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for generating accurate, timely, and insightful financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making, regulatory compliance, and investor engagement. This includes designing and maintaining dashboards, forecasts, and reports that inform internal planning and external communication.
• Ensures the integrity of financial data through rigorous analysis, performance monitoring, and coordination with key finance functions. It supports financial planning, budgeting, and capital mobilization efforts through data-driven insights and projections.
• Responsible for preparing investment briefs, shareholder reports, and presentation materials that articulate the Bank’s financial performance, strategic direction, and capital plans.
• Brings a blend of analytical expertise, visual communication skills, and business acumen to support the Bank’s growth, transparency, and stakeholder confidence.
• Respond to investor inquiries and maintaining good relationships with shareholders
• Manage investor meetings, roadshows, and earnings calls
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant public disclosures (e.g., quarterly reports, press releases, annual reports).
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including ROE, ROA, NIM, cost-to-income ratio
• Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or banking analytics platforms for data analysis and visualization.
• Providing support and expertise in matters related to financial management and strategy.
• To carry out any other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Must hold a professional accounting qualification: CPA (T) or ACCA, A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline is required. A master’s degree in finance and strategic management is an added advantage.
• Formal certification in data visualization and graphic presentation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Adobe Illustrator is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or investor relations, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong background in financial forecasting, capital planning, and performance monitoring.
